Gareth Williams makes work that is as likely to charm as it is to repulse.

He employs a broad range of materials and techniques in his practice and has a particular interest in the miniature as well as performative work, recently working with puppets.

In 2009 Gareth was awarded the Battersea Park Sculpture Prize. He studied at Cardiff School of Art and Design (2006) and the Royal College of Art (2009). He currently lives and works in London.
